  • Abstracts and E-Posters submitted must be original and must not have been presented or published in other scientific events or media.
  • Theme: Free, but must remain within the scope of Anesthesia, Critical Care, Neurology, and Neuroscientist.
  • Abstracts must be written in Indonesian and English. Abstracts must be in PDF format with a maximum of 300 words (excluding the title and references). References must be cited using the Vancouver reference style.
  • E-Posters must be in English.
  • E-Posters may contain text, tables, images, photos, and other visual aids related to the chosen topic.
  • E-Poster files must be submitted in PDF format, in portrait orientation, with dimensions of 1080 x 1920 pixels (aspect ratio 9:16). The layout must use a 3-column format on one slide.
  • It is recommended to use a maximum of 4 colors (including font colors). A white background is recommended.
  • The author’s name on the E-Poster should be written without academic titles. The author’s name and affiliation/institution should be clearly written. The first author is the presenter, and their name must be written in italics and underlined.
  • Word count: 500–1,000 words (including title, images, and tables).
  • The E-Poster design must have an ideal composition between text and tables/images/photos. Images and tables must not exceed 50% of the poster area.
  • The E-Poster Competition is open to Specialist (SP-1 & SP-2), GP, PhD, PhD Candidate, Trainees, and Fellows from the fields of Anesthesiology, Neurology, and Neurocritical Care.
  • Selected electronic posters will be presented and will have the opportunity to win prizes.
  • Selection results will be announced via WhatsApp and/or email.
  • Poster participants must register for the symposium and/or workshop.
  • Registration for the poster competition is free.
  • The E-Poster presentation session will be held on the day of the event in a designated room. Participants must be present in the presentation area 10 minutes before the discussion session.
  • Each participant will have 8 minutes for their presentation, followed by 3 minutes for discussion, and 2 minutes for preparation.
  • E-Posters will be judged based on content, design, and presentation skills.

  1. Participants must prepare an E-Poster and Abstract in accordance with the applicable regulations. Only E-Posters that meet the requirements will be evaluated.

  3. All participants are required to register their E-Posters via the form: [form link] before [date] July 2026 with the following terms and conditions:

  4. Uploaded files must be in the following formats:
    • Abstract in PDF format with a maximum of 300 words (excluding title and references)
    • E-Poster in PDF format with a maximum size of 25 MB

             

Title and Authors

  • The manuscript title must be concise, may not contain abbreviations, and must not exceed 15 words.
  • The title must be written in Arial font, size 14, bold, single-spaced.
  • The author’s name on the E-Poster should be written without academic titles. The author’s name and affiliation/institution must be clearly stated. The first author is the presenter, and their name must be written in italics and underlined.

Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract is written in paragraph form accompanied by 5 keywords, in both Indonesian and English.
  • The Research Abstract is written using Arial font, size 12, single-spaced, and should not exceed 250–300 words. It consists of: 1) Introduction; 2) Subjects and Methods; 3) Results; 4) Conclusion.
  • The Case Report Abstract should not exceed 300 words and consists of: 1) Brief Case Summary; 2) Management; 3) Management Outcome (Success/Failure).
  • Keywords: anesthesia, bronchus, desaturation, endotracheal, cardiac (listed in alphabetical order), covering the key points of the article.

Manuscript Content

    • The content of a Research paper consists of: 1) Introduction; 2) Methods; 3) Results and Discussion; 4) Conclusion and Suggestions.
    • The content of a Case Report consists of: 1) Introduction; 2) Case; 3) Discussion; 4) Conclusion.
      • Introduction: Description/definition or scope of the topic being raised (background, uniqueness, or specialty justifying the case selection, the objective of reporting the case, delivered concisely and clearly).
      • Case: a) Complete identity without patient name; b) Anamnesis, physical examination, supporting examinations, diagnostics; c) Management; d) Management observation, management outcome (success/failure); e) Delivered concisely and clearly, particularly highlighting aspects related to the problem in the case.
      • Discussion: a) Discuss the diagnosis and management of the case; b) Discuss the relationship between existing theories and actual data related to therapy outcomes (success/failure); difficulties, consistencies or inconsistencies with existing theories, comparison with other literature or theories.
      • Conclusion: Summarizes the discussion findings, including necessary suggestions for future research.
    • Uncommon abbreviations and footnotes are not permitted.
  • References must be selected with a publication date of less than 5 years, with a minimum of 5 references.
  • References are written in Vancouver format and arranged in order of citation.
  • Arabic numerals are written in superscript form in accordance with the reference list.
  • If there are more than 6 authors, the 7th author and onward are written as et al.
  • Avoid using abstracts and personal communications, unless absolutely necessary.
  • Journal names should be abbreviated according to the Index Medicus list.
  • The maximum number of references is 7 for the research category and a maximum of 5 for the case report/series category.
